Steam Bath

In our steam bath, you will sweat out approx. 8 to 16g of sweat per minute at 45°C.

The air humidity is 80%. You should stay in the steam bath for 15 to 20 minutes. Odorous eucalyptus scents have a stimulating and refreshing effect. Showering with lukewarm water is well suited to cool down. After the steam bath, we recommend to give your body a 30 minutes' rest. - You should do three sessions.

The steam bath promotes circulation, cleans and stimulates the skin and helps when suffering from respiratory illnesses as well as rheumatism.
