Biosauna

In the bio-sauna (also called the light sauna) one can relax with meditation music and a temperature of 40 to 55°C. Here, a continuous humidity of 45 to 55% prevails. One should stay in the sauna for a maximum of 45 minutes. One best cools down to a maximum of 34°C with a shower or Kneipp hose. Sweat excretion amounts to approx. 8 to 16 g per minute.

The Bio-Sauna's Cycle takes 21 Minutes:

  •  Red Light: has internally stimulating effects, promotes blood circulation and heart activity.
  • Yellow Light: releases tension and activates gland activity.
  • Green Light: has calming and positive effects and promotes balance and harmony.
  • Blue Light: has calming and relaxing effects and lowers blood pressure.

The bio-sauna causes only minor stress to the heart and circulation and provides optimal relaxation of musculature and psyche. Furthermore, the metabolism is accelerated and is an optimal means or purifying the body of harmful substances. This type of sauna also has circulation-regulating effects.

Heliotherapy stimulates the vegetative nervous system and cellular metabolism.
