Finnish Saunas

Sonnentherme's Sauna World attends to visitors' needs with three Finnish saunas. - Two of them are found in the outdoor area.

In the Finnish sauna, a temperature between 95°C and 98°C prevails. Humidity before steam infusion is between 10 and 15%. After the infusion, it reaches between 25 and 30%. Abiding time should be 15 minutes maximum.

The Finnish sauna promotes the elimination of harmful substances from the body and stimulates circulation.

Large Outdoor Finnish Sauna
The large Finnish outdoor sauna is distinguished by a special ventilation fan that lets the air circulate exceptionally well. Here, special steam infusions are conducted regularly. The infusions take place every hour and half hour.

Small Outdoor Finnish Sauna
The steam infusions in the small Finnish outdoor sauna take place on every quarter and three-quarter hour. It is located across from the large Finnish outdoor sauna in the log cabin.

Indoor Finnish Sauna
In the indoor Finnish sauna, the steam infusions are done according to need on especially frequented days.
