Wellness Day for Children

We developed the Wellness Day especially for children's groups and school classes. The topic of health is experienced very closely on this day for the whole class in the framework of a show-jumping course. At different stations, practical experiences are gained: the entire spa area becomes a heath experience. Our masseur explains simple massage exercises, health topics are discussed in the seminar room, and a healthy meal especially prepared for children is available in the restaurant. Naturally, action can't receive short shrift: children have enough time in-between to try out giant slides, the whitewater channel, or the wave pool.

With Wellness Day, Sonnentherme wishes to provide schools with the opportunity to communicate the topic of health to their students in a practically experiential way.

The entire adventure spa is open to the group. Children are divided into groups of 15 maximum.

The "Wellness Day for Children" includes:

• Day passes for the "Funny Waters" adventure area
• Use of the fitness room - by our massage team, 25 min per person
• Use of the activity pool - by our massage team, 25 min per person
• Massage unit in the gymnastics room - by our massage team, 25 min per group
• Health quiz - Creation of a health pass and corresponding timetable incl. a map of the spa for each child. - The questions for the health pass can be created individually by the school or questions from the spa can be adopted. The health pass is designed by Sonnentherme.
• As a conclusion to the event all correctly answered health passes are raffled. (The spa provides donations in kind.)
• 3-course lunch incl. mineral water and local fruit juice.

Price per child: EUR 21 per day

Teachers accompany children at the various stations
