Unlimited Halloween fun in the park in front of Sonnentherme!
When the days grow shorter, the nights get darker and grey mist drifts across the countryside, Halloween is just around the corner.
For Sunny Bunny at Sonnentherme, these gloomy autumn days are the most exciting time of the year, because we celebrate Halloween in a big way!
This autumn, spooky Halloween attractions are returning to the park in front of Sonnentherme:
- “Frankenstein” Haunted Castle for brave visitors
- NEW: Mystical Maze
Ghost Driver Grand Prix for our younger guests, daily from 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm
Halloween party with games, daily from 5:00 pm to 5:25 pm
Spooky children’s activities: crafts, face painting, a photo booth and much more, from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm
Spooky photo shoot and Spooky Disco with Sunny Bunny, daily at 5:30 pm
Spooky cinema at the Lustspielhaus, 18–22 October, with screenings at 7:30 pm
Enchanted pumpkins, friendly ghosts and skeletons throughout the park
NEW! Spooky roaming performers: “Bat and Ghost” on 17, 25, 26, 28 and 31 October 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Live shows at the Lustspielhaus more
All children who come in costume will receive a little surprise.

Free Halloween fun for Sonnentherme day visitors, guests staying at the accommodation providers listed below, and residents of the following municipalities:
- Sonnentherme
- Hotel Sonnenpark
- Thermen Chalets
- Pension Sonnengarten
- Family XL
- Hotel Xylophon
- Red Family Hotel
- Thermenhotel Kurz
- Thermenhotel Vier Jahreszeiten
- Residents of the municipality of Lutzmannsburg (with a registered place of residence)
- Residents of the municipality of Frankenau (with a registered place of residence)
Sonnentherme day visitors can collect their free voucher from the Sonnentherme admission desk during their spa visit. The voucher can be redeemed within three days of the date of issue!
Guests staying at the participating accommodation providers listed above will receive their free voucher for the Halloween attractions at their accommodation’s reception when checking in.
Residents of the municipalities listed above can collect their free voucher from their respective municipal office or from the Sonnentherme admission desk upon presentation of ID.
Each free voucher is valid for one family (parents and their own children) and cannot be transferred to anyone else!
Prices for visitors without a free voucher:
€10 per person (for children aged 2–15 and adults), including evening performances at 7:30 pm at the Lustspielhaus on selected dates or performance days listed in the official programme.
Family ticket: valid for up to 3 people (including at least 1 adult) at a fixed price of €25.
Admission tickets can be purchased directly at the entrance/ticket desk in the park in front of Sonnentherme during the event period stated above.
